Artist Description

This questionable hamster is also a jar! For this piece I incorporated sculptural relief onto wheel-spun pottery. This subject, like the case for most of my sculptures, was a mix of what I found the most joy in making and feeling at the time, and coincidentally, it starts to form a creature. The imagined personality brought to life by this process is what I enjoy most.
