Return to InstructionsIf Your Entry Is Accepted
- Entries can be delivered in person or shipped.
- They must arrive at the Collective between 10am – 4pm Sunday, Aug 23 – Saturday, Aug 29.
- We must have your artwork by 4pm Saturday, Aug 29. This includes artwork that is shipped. After that time, any entries that have not been received will be removed from the exhibition.
- If shipping your artwork, it must include a pre-printed, pre-paid return label.
- We are located at 578 West Main Street, Spartanburg SC 29301.
Please Make Sure Your Artwork Is Ready to Hang.
All works to be hung should be appropriately framed and securely wired, and if subject to damage, must be framed under plexiglass or glass. No sawtooth or clip mounting will be accepted.

Sawtooth or clip mounting will not be accepted.
If Your Artwork Is Not Framed
The edges must be finished.
Edges must be wrapped, taped, or painted, with no exposed staples on the sides. It is preferable to staple your wrapped canvas on the back rather than on the sides.
Correct
Staples on the back of the canvas will not be visible when hung on a wall.
Incorrect
Staples on the side of the canvas will be visible when hung on a wall.
