Tåsi

Artist Description

This is my take on the traditional moon jar, as well as an ode to the waters I grew up surrounded by. The word “tåsi” is CHamoru for “ocean” and proves to be a focal point for the people of Guam. I hope that this piece evokes an appreciation for Tåsi and all of the beauty within it.
