Uploading Artwork Images

Follow these steps to upload and review the images for each artwork in your exhibition submission.

Each artwork can have one Featured Image and one Detail Image.
Images must be uploaded one at a time.
Click the Upload button beside the appropriate field.

Choose or Upload a File
The Choose Media screen lets you upload a new image or select one you’ve already uploaded.
To upload a new file, drag and drop your image onto the area shown or click Select Files to choose a file from your device.
To use an image you’ve previously uploaded, click the Media Library tab and select the image you want to use.

After uploading your images and completing the other artwork fields, click the Save button at the bottom right of the artwork screen.
Be sure to click Save for each artwork individually. You do not submit all artworks in one artwork screen.
To add more artworks, click the Add New Artwork button for each additional entry.
Review Uploaded Images
Once both images are uploaded, this is how the Artwork Images section will appear.
If you need to change an image, click Remove next to the field and upload a different image.

Check Everything in Media Manager
Click the Media button in the left column menu to open the Media Manager screen.
Here you can view all uploaded images and manage your files.
Use the eye icon to view an image or the trash icon to delete it.
Important: If you delete an image, be sure to upload another one for the artwork the deleted image was attached to.

Important Reminders
One Featured Image and one Detail Image per artwork.
Upload images one at a time.
Click Save for every artwork.
Use Add New Artwork for each new entry.
