While visiting the Olson House in Maine, I noticed a group of mailboxes beside the barn. One of the mailboxes had its flag raised, with a hanging basket of red geraniums underneath. It’s possible that those flowers are always hung under that mailbox, but to me, it seemed like a beautiful act of love and caring in progress. Let’s all try to spread kindness today – send a flower or share a smile! We all need it.
