Artist Description
It starts with an echo of a droplet falling from a branch into a dark hidden pool of clear water. Nobody noticed.
The pool overflows into another hollow in the ground and other drips and spills from surrounding rock ledges, tree branches and leathery laurel leaves.
The sound grows as the gathering water sheds down the mountainside gaining speed and leaping exuberantly over ledges and down rock faces.
The meeting point is raucus and the rush of mingling streams from every direction makes a glorious symphony with rythms of the earth below it.
