Originally made for Create Appalachia’s Enigmatic Encounters: Creatures, Cryptids, Robots, and Other Beasts of the Imagination (2024) and William King Museum’s Dark Arts 2: The Return (2024) I would also like to show it here too, especially given the exhibit’s run-time being close to Halloween. The original piece was inspired by a variety of sources including pre-Colombian art, contortionism, puppets, and the iconic horror movie franchise Hellraiser.
