Pink Peonies in a Chinoiserie Vase

My old friend loves to garden. One day I came for a visit and she had cut these beautiful pink peonies from her garden and put them in her favorite vase on the kitchen table.  Did I say that they were perfectly arranged?  She is one of those people who can do anything!  We sat that morning and reminisced over a cup of tea and had a lovely visit. I had such a nice time that day, I painted this vase of flowers to remember it by.
