This is for those who have fought or are fighting childhood cancer. Last year my 10 year old granddaughter was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. She has shown strength and courage beyond her years and continues the fight. This piece incorporates the gold ribbon of childhood cancer, yellow in recognition of the cancer she was diagnosed with, purple for her birth stone and her name. She is truly a hero as are all those fighting cancer.
