Finding Wings Tina’s Story

Carved into this sculpture is Tina’s experience of “trying to force a square peg into a round hole” while trapped in an abusive relationship.  Her words are carved into each  feather. Like the swan that symbolizes transformation, this piece celebrates how survivors find strength in their darkest moments and transform pain into wisdom.
