I found this fallen dogwood petal caught in a spider’s web in my front yard in Aiken, SC. To me it looked like an angel resting on a green ivy pillow surrounded by other debris caught in the web. This is an in-camera, multi-frame Orton effect with four exposures combined into one. This technique allowed me to have multiple areas of the image in focus while also creating this soft, dreamlike effect.
