My husband, Todd, and I went to Portugal and Spain in the spring of 2025. Every time we got off the coach, our guide, Ricardo, would say, “Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a short walk.” Sometimes the short walk was only 5 minutes, but on one occasion it took 25 minutes. During the 17-day trip, I walked 175,400 steps in short walks.
