“Flooded” is a dual representation of the results of climate change on my familiar landscape and the emotions that I feel I am drowning in because of it. The path through has been lost and obstructed, maybe changed forever. Or maybe the waters will recede and the way will be recovered.
My work uses mark making, color and unique texture to tell my story.
