Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a daily illness that I deal with. In the past, OCD has taken years of my life. Years where I felt unable to move, unable to live, contemplating whether or not I should anyways if this is how my life would continue to be. With behavioral therapy combined with medications, I am able to take a breath and go about a more normal life. Even then, I have days of anger and frustration where I wonder if any of it stuck, if I will ever feel free.
