I love to work in Pen & Ink, but wanted to explore with colored paper. The grey tone I chose for this had the perfect vibe for a dreary winter weather
situation that would work well with the subject matter of two Ravens who alight upon the crumbling headstones of an old cemetary during a lull in the snow. The grounds
feel guarded by the sprawling arms of the tree, reaching out over the rows elderly monuments standing quietly at attention in tribute to those they represent below.
