A Love Letter to the Earth in Full Spectrum
Nature doesn’t speak in words—it speaks in color. This painting is an unapologetic celebration of that language, rewritten in a spectrum that most definitely doesn’t follow the rules.
Rather than adhering to traditional palettes, I forced myself to reimagine the natural world through the prism of rainbow hues—not to escape reality, but to intensify it. A melon cloud, a tangerine sky, a blue path—these are not acts of rebellion, but revelations. The land has always been more than green and brown; it pulses with unseen emotion, with energy, with possibility. I simply gave it permission to shout to me.
This painting is rooted in real North Carolina backroads. The sky above farms. The spaces between mountains. It is land I have walked and fields I’ve watched breathe in the wind—but they bloom here.
