Creating Nature’s Symphony was both a fun and energizing endeavor. Working on a large 36″ x 48″ canvas pushed me to explore movement, texture, and composition on a bold new scale for this abstract piece. This mixed media piece evolved through layers of color and texture, using tools and different techniques to convey the rhythm and harmony that surrounds me.
I wanted the painting to evoke the gentle energy of a breeze, and the graceful motion of flowers swaying under a wispy, cloud-covered sky.
To deepen this connection, I wrote a poem to accompany the work. Together, the painting and poem offer a moment to pause, reflect, and feel the quiet presence of nature.
